Our Range Of Horizontal Waste Balers
Moovmor’s range of horizontal balers are robust, heavy duty and designed for a long life span. They are ideally suited for handling a wide range of materials as the V shaped serrated shear blades ensure maximum cutting efficiency and prevents material blockages. Our waste and recycling balers are capable of producing high density, mill quality bales, square edged for simple stacking and storage. The enclosed power pack is equipped with the latest technology and has proven to reduce power consumption and create a lower carbon footprint for customers. With a pressing force of 36 to 80 tonnes, semi-automatic bale discharge and 4-wire ties our range of horizontal balers provide you with the right options to suit your waste disposal needs. A compact design, that is highly efficient and an effective solution to the disposal of large waste quantities.

Hydraulic
Operated Door
The Moovmor HX Model Balers are all fitted with a Vertically Raised Hydraulic Operated Bale Discharge Door as Standard. The end door is operated with a two handed remote station located at the front of the baler.
The MX500 only comes with a manual end door.
Full Bale
Eject
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are designed to fully eject each bale. This allows the operator to bale different materials each time a bale is completed.
Hardox
Floor
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are tied as Standard with a full length Hardox Floor in the Bale Chamber together with Hardox plating on the underside of the packing ram to ensure minimum wear.
Grip Face
Side Walls
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are fitted with Grip Face Sides in the Bale Chamber designed to Counter Act Spring Back of Material. For Extreme Cases additional spring loaded retention claws may be added., but are rarely needed.
Shear
Blades
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are fitted with V Shaped Serrated Shear Blades on the Bale Chamber with Tool Steel Anvil Type Cutting Knives on the Packing Ram. This ensures maximum cutting efficiency and prevents material blockages.
The Serrated Shear Blades ensure that the material does not slide into the middle while the V Shape increases the cutting which is concentrated on just two points across the chamber as the ram moves forward.
Power Pack
Enclosure
The Moovmor HX Series Balers are fitted with a fully enclosed Power Pack Cabinet with the Main Control Panel on the left or right hand confirmed at time of order. The MX500 has a Rain weather Cover plate only.
Dual Baling
Pressures
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are fitted with Dual Baling Pressures as Standard. This allows the Operator to select High pressure or Low pressure baling modes on the control station as required for various material types.
Bale
counter
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers monitor and count the number of Bales produced as well as the hours running time—so both the number of bales produced & hourly throughput can be monitored.
Wire / Tape
Holders
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are filled with a wire holding tube so that a bundle of baling wire can be stored in a convenient and tidy manner. The majority of Mill Size Bales are wire tied, however Baling Tape Holders can be provided if required.
Vandal Proof
Enclosure
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers have the Main Control Panel fitted within a Vandal Proof Steel Enclosure c/w Padlock Facility.
Sliding
Panels
The HX800 Series Balers are fitted as standard with Interlocked Sliding Panels to cover over the Bale Chamber slots during opera;on. The MX500 & HX600 are built with deeper bale chamber slots and operate without interlocked sliding door.
Motor Size
(Option)
Motor sizes can range from 5.5—22 kW. This is baler model and application dependent. Star Delta Motor Start-Up also available.
Oil Heater
(option)
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers can be fitted with Oil Heater Kit for working in very cold environments or where condensation is likely due to cold. The Oil Heater with built-in thermostat heats the oil as required.
Soft
Start
SOFT START options are available on request. HX800-65T has Star Delta start has standard. Other balers up to 11 kW have direct on line start.
Remote Control
Station
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers can be provided with a Remote Set of Operating Controls away from the Baler such as an in-door/outdoor installation
GSM
Monitoring
All Moovmor Balers can be fitted with GSM Monitoring Units which will notify when the Bale is Pre Full and Full by Text and Email.
Pre Full / Bale Full
All Moovmor Balers are supplied with Bale Full Indicator Lamps as standard. .
Warning
Beacons
The HX600 and HX800 Series Balers are fitted with Audible and Flashing Beacon whenever the Bale Discharge Sequence is being actioned including during the Hydraulic Door Up & Down Functions.
Horizontal
Tying
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers are designed with horizontal tying slots, negating the need for accessing the top of the baler as with a vertical tying machine.
Bin
Lifters
Moovmor Semi Auto Horizontal Balers can be fitted out with a Trunion lift or Comb lift systems to suit standard wheeled Containers. Moovmor also supply Purpose Made Bin Lift Systems to facilitate custom containers, pallet boxes or cages.
Conveyors
Moovmor specialise in Bespoke Systems and this can include all types of Conveyor options such as PVC, Rubber, Screw Auger and Pneumatic Extraction.
Bale Eject
Cage Option
All Moovmor Horizontal Balers can be fitted with a fixed Safety Cage to surround the bale discharge area while the bale is being ejected. The cage door is safety interlocked to prevent access and the system also operates with a Audible alarm and flashing.
Mobile
Baler
All Moovmor Semi Auto Balers can be provided with a demountable subframe and pick up hook to suit a regular hook lift vehicle. This option allows the Waste Recycler to easily travel from site to site.
Installation
Drawings
Installation Drawings for Bespoke Systems can be provided to ensure that we have fully understood the Clients requirements.
Colour
Each Baler System can be finish painted in a single “Standard Range” RAL Colour specified by the client.
